I'm a big fan of latex, and I'm a big fan of hardcore porn. I'm looking for mainstream porn films where the girls wear latex, pvc or shiny lycra outfits during the scenes; this can include catsuits, masks, corsets, stockings, anything really. I'm not interested in scenes where the girl comes out in a sexy latex outfit, then takes it off before the sex.

This is correct, you articulate it so much better than me! I find fetish porn pretty boring on the whole, most of it doesn't have straight sex. Normal porn where the girls happen to be in latex, the more the better.

Well, I have a lot of AlexD/Marquis/Gothic Media/Gwenmedia stuff, but I find the scenes tend to be (as a generalisation) fetish focused, rather than sex focused. Well like i suggested Tanya Hyde Harmony Films I think in the USA are released through Evil Angel. These films concentrate on fucking and sex rather then fetish. They're really well produced aswell.

All very good suggestions. I am a VERY BIG fan of latex as well. I highly recommend you check out some of the Jake Malone series, both his older work with Red Light and the current Evil Angel stuff. In particular, check out these series, in relative order:
