I actually own this disc, too and noticed the same problem. I think it's the camera they shot this with. It's more noticeable in some scenes than others but when the action speeds up, the frame-rate actually seems to slow down and causes a weird effect...almost like you're watching poor-quality web content than something that should be DVD-quality. I'll be reviewing this title soon and this anamoly will be noted.
