So the people have spoken. The worst thing for me is that the cost is born out of the producers' pocket for compliance.

Is there any hope of injunctive relief through the courts? I'm sure FSC will get right on it after they force me to watch a few more anti-piracy ads. Way to take your eyes off the ball guys.
Box cover reliance is going to be ever more important. I'm not buying condom product. I hope that reputable reviewers will alert to condoms as a consumer protection.
The Xrent article implies for cost savings: no state income tax, cheaper rents, easy to travel to that the industry will migrate to Nevada. Yeah? Or unlikely?
Nevada isn't a nanny state like California, but who's to say that Vegas won't do the same thing and legislate this "problem" away?
Is there a main thread where this discussion is taking place? A couple threads I saw were locked, but didn't see where to go for the main discussion.
