I noticed on the usual opening screens of some movie recently that it said it was intended for a "select viewing audience, namely adults over 21." Is anyone actually trying to keep porn away from 20-year-olds, government or otherwise? It definitely seems like bullshit to tell a 19- or 20-year-old that he or she shouldn't watch porn that features 18-year-olds. Is a minimum of 21 really anyone's standard these days? Just wondering. The news sites often feature these sort of stories. I run across them quite frequently just reading Fark. Making a sex video has nothing to do with commercial availability. It has to do with the act of film/recording the sex (depiction of sex). Whether you sell it or distribute it for free is irrelevant. [Link]
