I don't think it was photoshoped because if you look at the front picture of her(third picture) you can still see the tattoo on her midsection slightly. If it were a photoshop I believe they'd be able to remove virtually all traces of the tatoo

^ She does look older in those photos, so maybe she is back. I didn't think stretch marks could be removed but apparently they can do that now, so the lack of them doesn't prove anything.
