In the bio of that account there's a tag to a second, more personal, account that confirms this (I mean, why would a fake tag that account in his bio otherwise?)

I believe the Lena Reif account is fake, as it is not followed by her personal account nor by her boyfriend's account. Also, the Lena Reif account is using old photos. Plus, the Pornhub link is just her PH model page, she doesn't have an actual PH account. The second IG profile does have recent photos of her.

The Lena Reif account claims that she lives in Moscow, but Lena's real personal account shows that she lives in Novouralsk (1100 miles from Moscow) and works at a pet shop there.

I don't know why she says so but I guess it's not important.

Given the fact that the average not russian/not post soviet internaut doesn't know any other russian city apart from St Petersburg and Moscow, saying 'I live in moscow' might be a way to avoid having to explain where do you live exactly, or even a way to make people believe the place you live is fancier than it really is.
