As you'll see from the post below yours I'm in the same situation. I've had at least two letters, one took a couple of weeks to come, the second arrived in 2 days ! So it seems to be , "it depends".....

i was hoping for some sort of answer to my question...how many times do you get a letter before you get a visit ?

I do believe its unfair that all you get is a letter saying the items have been confiscated without a detail of what the problem disk is. In my case I bought 2 disks from Eurodvd and it may be the case that only one of the disks is an issue, but thanks to HM Customs I don't know. They don't help themselves do they ?
