just saw some dave cummings cuckold scene where the guy clearly has some kind of big infected lesion on his dick. i didnt think anything could gross me out in porn after 30 years of it, but clearly im wrong!
That surprises me, from what I have read Dave Cummings seems like a very intelligent guy. No one should fuck with a open sore on his dick (condom or no), that is just about a guarantee that he will get whatever VDs she has! I know that they test once a month, but that does not guarantee that the woman is VD free. Also, that open infected sore could be a herpes lesion, so he may have just given her herpes of the cunt, ass and mouth! This reminds me, now that AIM is closed and TTS is taking many, many, many more patients than their program was designed for (likely lengthening turn-around times substantially, they now have a three day turnaround instead of one according to their site), I am afraid more and more people will go to a private doc for their testing (which would be faster) where the results cannot be verified -- rife for more incidents like this to happen or worse! Donny Long recently showed the whole industry how easy it is to alter a test and make it look official with his vendetta against porn performers, Marc Wallice did it 15 years ago as well in order to perform while having HIV. Without verification of test results directly from the medical institution (which private doctors are not allowed to do due to HIPPA even with permission from talent), anyone with half a brain and a tech geek friend can do the same thing. I am deathly afraid of what is going to happen over the next year while TTS ramps up its testing capabilities (hopefully) and APHSS is formed by the FSC. I would say to not perform with anyone with a private doc's test, but I don't think talent can even afford financially to take that advice and if they did half of Chatsworth could be out of work due to lack of talent for adult movies! If any directors or producers can quote a general percentage of private doctor's tests they are getting right now, I would be very interested in that number. I would guess it is high and the line at Northridge TTS could still be out the door and in the street all day and half of the night right now! As this is an educated guess using common sense (increase from 20-30 to 200 tests a day at a testing office and this would happen anywhere), don't take this paragraph as more than educated conjecture at this point until performers and producers answer my question here. Common sense tells me that this is likely the case, though.

I agree someone should not be performing with such a thing. A lesion is defined as an injury or disease. I would not assume there is a disease simply seeing such a sight on a guy's penis. I'm not an adult performer but I've had a few times in my life where there was a problem with the skin on my thing. It is not a common occurrence but over the life of most guys they will experience some sort of epidermal inflammation of the penis that can be caused by many things. I had one, small wart on my penis in my lifetime which I had cut out by a dermatologist, and perhaps a dozen times where the skin cracked and left a raw sore for a few days. There was nothing wrong with me, no disease, just had to be inactive and it healed fine. Just a point to make (mainly directed toward mharris), don't jump to a conclusion that the guy has a disease because there is an inflammation of the skin on the penis. It is far more often a non issue which poses no threat to anyone.
I haven't seen the scene in question but considering that Dave Cummings is an older guy it might just be an age spot common to folks his advanced age. It is normal to have spots and moles on peni and lots of porn studs have them as well. I seriously doubt that Cummings would ever work with any kind of infection on his genitals given the professional that he is so until I see the scene the OP is talking about I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
I didn't saw that scene and even don't know where is it, but even if it was the case how is possible that a girl would accept to shoot a scene with a guy so obviously infected? (as you say his dick looked like) how is possible that an agent would allow one of his clients to do such scene? (well maybe that last thing should be deleted) Is it possible that the girl was so high and stoned to the point of being unaware of what was happening?. BTW to add one thing. A year ago (but the scene could have been filmed even much earlier) a performer after a facial continued do push on his dick and blood came out along with cum a mixed pinky horrifing thing in girl's mouth, very appalling Also some years ago there was a girl an amateur who liked to give BJs to strangers and even swallowed in some hidden places of a public park and then put her adventures on a tube site which were filmed like a POV from the male perspective and showing her very well while giving head and looking at him (the camera with eyes open) I was able to look at a couple of them because the second I found finished with the man cumming in her mouth but his first shot reached her on her hair and it was green the rest in her mouth was green too , she swallowed all of it. I must add that she didn't continue that was one of her last or maybe the very last , after a short while she removed all of her content and ceased to post. Maybe the danger of what she was doing hit her and eventually she realized it wasn't worth the risk most of all for free. Edited by - Laurie Cameron Fan on 7/17/2011 6:58:40 AM

I guess the industry stopped caring. Rememeber that Faye Valentine lez scene where a girl pulled her labia open and you saw a pussy full of genital warts? Killed her appeal dead right there.

That is disgusting, but I can't stop laughing. You might as well just tell everyone what release it was from because you're gonna get asked. I've mentioned this issue before in a few of my reviews regarding the guy Ramon. He's got a few visible warts that the girls just slide their mouths right over. A similar thing happened to me once in my life. Had sex with a girl for the first time at night in a dim lit hotel room. Went to sleep and the following morning while she was asleep I saw genital warts on her. I worried about contracting something from her but nothing came of it. It could be that Dave Cummings was unaware of the sore on the guy from the outset.
Faye Reagan/Valentine did a lot of lez scenes which I'm usually not interested in , so I don't know where it was as for Ramon (the puertorican) it is true that he has a very visible irritation but I don't think it is a disease it would have been stopped long ago in that case

Let me get it straight you all mean that there's a guy known to be possibly infected with a papilloma and nobody is stopping him? you gotta be kidding me EDIT didn't he get medical exams before shooting? Did he? and yet he's still performing Edited by - Laurie Cameron Fan on 7/17/2011 4:09:24 PM
it was a tube site where you can be a hunter, and i searched "wife watches" - btw - i am not against tube sites as i frequently use them to find a movie i like and end up purchasing the movie
I hope you are right on this one. Also, I said could be, not is. Even if he is VD free, he had a high chance of getting whatever VDs the female performer had. With the current testing situation, that is asking for trouble!
^ I had the chance to see that lez scene , I took time to find because I'm not used to tube sites also she did a large number of lez scenes , the scene seemed to be an excerpt of [ invalid url ] not sure though I have that movie but can't remember such scene I mean can't remember that gross view. Also Georgia Jones had herself shot a number of scenes with Faye it would have been impossible for her to avoid an infection I've been also told that the two were a real life couple but it seem unlikely because I never read about this anywhere else also it look like an herpes which is fairly common in porn and real life although it is not always visible a study said that 20% of American had an herpes and 25% of the females but it was unclear whether it was referred to all herpes or genitalis only

That really is that smart and responsible thing to do. They do make lots of different kinds of condoms now, so you might be able to find something safe and provides at least an adequate feeling.
Don't blame me for whatever happened--even in some of the Screw My Wife, Please scenes, I wander off of the set a lot, and return only in time to do the "wrap-up" comments. Again, it was NOT a Dave Cummings Productions "cockold scene". Yikes!!!!

Well yeah, he's not going to say, "I have a Herpe Wart" or something like that. I've seen it in several scenes I've reviewed and it looks rather nasty.
^ No, the mod would not allow it in this sitch (really? "sitch"?) but you can take a screenshot of the offending lesion, then post it on an image hosting site, and provide a link to it here.
The image hosting sounds like a great idea. Palimorin, I do need to warn you that the production companies are hiring services to monitor and catch IP numbers of all tube site users and the movies they view/download for free. Once your IP is caught, the attorney sues your IP, gets a subpoena for the subscriber information from your provider (proxies are easily defeated using multiple subpoenas, one to each cog in the wheel) and you get a bill for $2900 per scene or a lawsuit that could cost you up to $150K per scene plus attorney fees, your choice! I would stay far away from tube sites, thousands of these bills have been sent already and millions more will be over the next year or so. The article I read said that about 90 per cent of the people that are billed in this matter pay up the $2900 and that the others get judgements of $20K plus per scene that they have to pay or file bankruptcy on.
I was referring to the lesion not your productions, probably would have been better attaching your post to palominorn who mentioned your production and leaving my post out.
^ LCF, then Europe will be a porn pirate's mecca in the future. This is the only way for the studios to stop piracy and survive into the future. Without programs such as the one I mentioned the porn industry will not survive as there will be no incentive to purchase product legally. The advertising model will not work as it would not produce enough money to support the continued making of porn movies and scenes unless there are ads interrupting every scene like the mainstream cable and network channels have now. I don't think that model would work for porn, who wants to have to stop jacking off when a commercial interrupts right before the cum shot! I think the people actually submitting the movie files to the tubes should get 20 years in prison in the US (where they would be ass fucked nightly by five bubbas), extraditing from foreign countries if necessary. Maybe then people will be deterred and the tubes will shut down. Since most porn is made and copyrighted in the US, it could be done and would stand up to international law.
^It is not in fact you can always sue a pirate but if you want to do that you can get statistic information (thus not personal) and then sue those of interest for example the big sharers. The way they ar going now won't prevent anything it is a blackmail. can't you see? For the porn producer would be way better leave piracy alone and sue those who get a file especially if they are living in little bigot places , that way and with a simple letter of an attorney they will get $ 2.900 for each movie or even for each scene if they are taken separately without even the expenses of producing , printing and distributing them. It is a way to earn money waay better than the regular one Also and especially for gay and lesbians even if they are innocent they might not want to be exposed as gay thus might pay in any case to avoid unwanted attention Now if you think that all porn producers are honest people who will never exploit this occasion , it is alright , but I'm not that naive , what happened in Europe occurred with MUSIC not porn and some already were exploiting people getting IPs at random from those using file sharing sites but they didn't know that many use these sites for legitimate purposes and some of them reacted , badly and angrily. I agree with you points and have read about your personal experience in this matter. However, as long as files can be saved to a computer and DVDs are distributed, making examples of downloaders is the only way to stop the piracy. You can shut down the tubes, but another one would just pop up shortly. Making examples of the little guy that can't afford $2900 is the only way to teach the public not to download illegally. In the US, the sites being used to download movies and music illegally aren't the same now as the one that you referenced in another thread (granted, that was not the case ten years ago) so the slippery slope and getting innocent people theory does not hold water currently. No one uses the tubes to download legal files (other than YouTube which checks every file and either obtains permission or eliminates the file very quickly) and no one used Napster to download legal music in the late 90's (although at that time some tube like sites had both legal and illegal activity going on, certainly not the case today).

I just watched Orgy Sex Parties #13. It has Ramon in it and I see what you are referring to. It is not an irritation, it is a wart, harmless but unsightly. It's a simple thing to remove at a Dermatologist office. The needle is the only discomfort. If you ever get a wart get them removed when they are small as they can grow. I had one same place as Ramon and got it taken off and used to get them on my left knee, about a half dozen over a few years, eventually they did not return. Not that it matters, but Ramon is of Cuban Heritage.

[/quote] i think they should put a warning up then - ive never gotten whole movies - just little snippet teasers that are from sites like brazzers - i thought they were giving them to tube sites for free so people would go to brazzers and buy the whole movie.
^ Theoretically what you say is correct but since the attorneys doing this likely cannot tell if you viewed the trailer or the whole movie you could still get caught in the web and it is difficult to refute an allegation of stealing by saying that you only viewed the trailer. My statement is only true for the tubes and BitTorrent sites, if the site is an official production company site or YouTube you can view trailers to your heart's content legally and safely. My advice is to stay far away from BitTorrent and the porn tubes. BTW you know that Brazzers owns most of the porn tubes, don't you? Edited by - mharris127 on 7/27/2011 4:06:25 PM
It has been changed the last time I checked it was puertorican (or maybe I need a doctor) , besides this guy changes his origin every now and then maybe it his of advantage to be Cuban Edited by - Laurie Cameron Fan on 7/28/2011 2:32:26 AM
