I joined the site for $29.99 for one scene in particular- the Mischa Brooks scene in My Stepdaughter Tossed My Salad 6 (2012). I was surprised and disappointed the site did not have the scene in HD; the highest available resolution was 480p. Lethal Hardcore is the original publisher of this title, and its cover reads "Shot in HD." Given the release date, I suspect this means 720p. I later saw it in up to 1080p on wankz.com, although my guess is that it was just a pointless upscale from 720p, i.e., just made the scene "bigger" without adding any detail or fidelity. But still, am I expected not to feel swindled if the original publisher does not have their own material in its original resolution?

I explained my disappointment in this to a customer service representative over chat, and they refused to refund my purchase, because I had "used" the site. Of course I had. I said that was unacceptable but it was not worth further time, so I had them cancel my membership and then they ended the chat. I've subscribed to my share of adult sites over the years, and occasionally there is some disappointment like this. To my recollection, I HAVE always gotten a refund, before my experience with lethalhardcore.com. Their customer service is as bad as the site.
