I was exhausted all day. I can't even tell you how many naps I took, plus I was super irritable. Plus side the Lemonade tastes pretty good, I started to feel better after I drank the salt wash, an took a poo. The salt wash is nastiest drink ever though. I would recommend starting the diet when you don't have anywhere to go an don't have a lot o ppl tp be around. My roommate Tiff is doing the diet w/ me. We both stepped on the scale and did a short video which I will be posting on my youtube account after I edit it down to 10 min. You can go to my myspace for pics :) [Link]

I was more hungry though. I drank 90oz of Lemonade instead of 60. My sense of smell has heightened like crazy. I wanted to go out w/ my friends for a night of dancing but still didn't have the energy an was afraid I'd cheat w/ food or alcohol. So I stayed in. @ weigh in I had lost 2 lbs from day 1. Day 3: Its 7pm in NYC. Today I feel really good minus a small headache. I went to Whole Foods to buy more syrup. I have a descent amount of energy, haven't had to take a nap yet, an have no cravings for food today. In fact only thing that smelt good @ the store was the curry. Everything else smelt dreadful, I actually felt somewhat nauseated by all the smells.....................So by 8:30 I was out like a baby sleeping. Woke up around 1am and didn't fall back to sleep till 6am. Again I drank about 90oz of Lemonade. Naked Weigh In Me: I have lost 2 lbs Tiff Weight In: Tiffs lost 3 lbs Video up on youtube thelexilove on there. See Tiff (my nyc roomate) Tiffs www.myspace.com/tiffanibarbour Day 4: So day 4 I woke up feeling awesome @ 2pm in the afternoon. No cravings all day till around 10pm. I would love a celery stick w/ vegan cream cheese right now an some raw broccoli, ahhh it sound so amazing. I weighed in @ 100lbs again today, so NO weight loss since day 1 basically. My body is also starting to feel squishy from not having the energy to go an work out. I haven't cheated yet but if I don't end up loosing another lb or two I may just go back to the gym. Working out in the gym makes me feel better then this fast so far. But I am willing to give it 2 more days an see how I fare. [Link]
