^It's not going to happen. Studios avoid as much as possible to book directly because they exposed themselves to major headache when the girl doesn't show up, shows up two hours late or is wasted out of her mind when she does make an appearance. There is a reason why agents and agencies still make money in the industry. If they say one of their performers is going to be there and be ready than they will personally make sure she is and if the performer can't make it than they will offer the studio another girl or eat the kill fee. A direct booking means that the emphasis to show up and be ready is left entirely in the hands of the performer and if she doesn't show up than the producer looses a day of shooting, money for the people and equipment that was going to be used and he will never get his money back because the woman will never pay a kill fee.
