I've never taken a lifetime membership in the decades that I've been subscribing, but I think some of them can be worth the risk. I think there is a risk in any site shutting down, but there are sites that have been around forever and will likely be around for a long time to come too. I think Nubile Films would be a relatively safe bet for a lifetime membership. I say that because they have an established track record and, most important, they are a large team. They continue to update and add new series too.

I'll contrast Nubiles with two of my favourite sites where I'd never consider a lifetime membership if they offered one: Hookup Hotshot and Amateur Allure. The reason a lifetime membership to either would be too risky is that these sites both have one person behind the whole thing. If Bryan Gozzling at HUHS lost interest in his site, he could shut it down or sell it without warning. If he sold it, there is no guarantee that the buyer would have the same vision and skill that made the site my favourite. Same with Amateur Allure. They've had some big changes in the past two years, but the same guy is still behind it so the vision and quality remain the same.

A good example of why you should avoid lifetime memberships at a one-man site is FTV Girls. FTV Girls had been a powerhouse softcore (mostly) site for more than a decade. I've had monthly memberships there dozens of times over the years. But in reading the FTV forum here, things have been going downhill for the past few years. At first it was gradual as the site owner turned over a lot of the shooting to someone else. It seems that the owner has stepped back even more and a lot of long-time FTV members aren't happy.

But on the other hand, large networks and sites are probably a lot safer. Evil Angel, for example, has been around for 30 years, and given it's business model, it could be around another 30 years. Brazzers and Team Skeet are probably safe bets too, and other sites/networks like those.

I don't want to come across as an alarmist, but I think the viability of some porn sites could be affected by US politics too. In the US, Evangelical Christians (with help from reactionary Catholics) wield a lot of political power, and they are in their ascendancy too. They don't like porn and will do what they can to make it difficult to produce and buy, with the goal of shutting it down completely. This is minor, but it's a first step: many red states have imposed requirements that to even tour a page you must enter a credit card to prove your age. Active buyers aren't going to care, but we probably aren't enough to support the entire industry. (Also, it's unknown at this point what will happen to that information. Will red state governments pass laws that allow them to have access to those logins and publish who has signed up for a tour or membership? That will change things, even for diehards like me.) As an example, the owner of FTV Girls was arrested and charged with an offence because of a scene shot in a bookstore. Up to then, FTV was an amazing site for public nudity, but that experience changed him - and the site. No more risky public nudity. (Something similar happened to a great LA-based public nudity site around 15 years ago, called Teasers VOD.) The law can change things, even quickly for sites like FTV and Teasers. It was the beginning of the end for Teasers, and I think it marked the downturn of FTV too.

Even if the right-wingers don't succeed in getting laws changed, they have had some success in leaning on credit card companies. Admittedly, there are ways around that for everyone by using billers, but it's still another hurdle.

The bottom line is that if the price of a lifetime membership to Nubile Films is a good value to you, then go for it. Nubile Films will likely be around a while yet. Even if you only get five years out of it, it'll still be worth it. Something related to consider is that the only person who can decide what's a good value for you is you. I've joined small sites with irregular updates and pricey subscriptions because they had something I liked. It was a good value for me. An analogy I use is that sometimes people like to eat at inexpensive all-you-can-eat buffets, and other times, we want a five-star white-linen restaurant.

I hope others here weigh in with advice too, even if it's different from mine.

That depends on what you mean by lifetime membership.

Hegre.com offers one for a couple of hundred bucks I think, just like vipissy. I wouldn't get one of those, because hegre is too expensive for my taste, and vipissy is too "cheap". What I mean by that is, I don't see how they can sustain the site with such a low few. Although in general I have a hard time with how the one time fee is viable. Just like apps have switched to monthly fees, and Airlines are bleeding money after selling those lifetime tickets for a million bucks. See Mark Cuban for example.

Then there's lifetime memberships which last as long as you keep you subscription for a different site. For example you are subscribed to adulttime and as long as you do, for a onetime fee of $100 you get access to girlfriend films. That might be even worth it for just a year, but there's always the risk of gff or adulttime closing there sites.

To summarise it depends.

They make sense if the site is tied closely to the person whose production style you enjoy. If you know you like the way that producer operates and you know they are going to be at it for at least the next 5 years, sure, go for it.

Sites are all too up-and-down these days to make that make sense though, in my opinion.

I'll add one more thought - how old you are. I typically only buy one-month subs. Depending on the sites update schedule, I may go back for another sub after a year or two - and sometimes even longer. Since I'm a lot closer to having someone deliver my eulogy than pretty much any other significant life event, I consider the cost of a lifetime membership versus how often I might join a site once every so often. While I've been tempted on occasion to take the lifetime plunge, the economics just don't favor that for me.

lkim68 - the others here have made some great points (as I hoped others would). I think everyone would agree with me that your assessment of the value of a lifetime membership is entirely up to you. However, in reading the other comments, another thought came into my head. Are you really sure you want to be signed up to one site for that long? I see that the lifetime membership to Nubile Films is regular $799 but on sale for $499. In USD, of course. That's a lot of money for one network, even if it does continue to grow. If you can easily afford it, then go for it as it's not much risk for you, but for me, that's a huge chunk of my annual porn spending right there.

I'm sure you've signed up for monthly memberships before to NF, but is it worth it for the lifetime if you rejoin every four, six or 12 months for a month? The network doesn't have download limits so you can get everything you want then.

I'll compare this to my annual membership to Hookup Hotshot. Once when my annual membership ran out it was at a time when there was no sale on, so I'd have to pay full price. I opted to wait, even knowing that it would be three or four months before a sale was on. But my thought was that if a scene popped up that I really wanted to see, I could sign up for a three-day membership, get the scene I wanted, and then cancel and wait for the annual sale. I did the math, and that made sense.

As I said, and I doubt anyone will disagree with me, if the deal is right for you, then go for it.

I'm just adding more to think about.

i like lifetime memberships b/c i have never ever to worry again about access and can access any time. yes, the risk of the site going away is the big con :(

My opinion, I don't think Nubile Films is worth a lifetime sub. You can get an annual sub for $84 on sale during major holidays.
That would take 6 years for it to pay off.

I used to have a year sub at 84 bucks each to both Nubiles-Porn and Nubile Films but canceled after the year was up. This was back in November 2021 to 2022. I'll probably get another annual sub to Nubiles-Porn again later this year though.

They only started offering lifetime subs recently. Who knows why.
Aylo (formerly Mindgeek) could buy them in the future like they did with other well known sites, but would they honor the lifetime sub? When Brazzers had that PornPortal they offered a lifetime sub to PornhubPremium for $89 and that was too good to be true and did not last forever. I still got 5 years out of it so it was way worth it. $89 was also less than an annual sub for most sites. $499 is a much bigger expense upfront.

It's also true that annual subs could also go up in price. On the flip side, the site could change in terms of quality or number of updates. I already felt Nubile Films wasn't updated enough.

However if 500 bucks is nothing to ya and NF is one of your favorite sites then go for it. To me though the cost is not worth the risk. I think I would do it at $299 though.

With the studio porn system on shaky ground in recent years, the answer would be a big no.

I don't understand how you think a lifetime membership would get you an access that a monthly or yearly wouldn't do the same. If the site goes down then ultimately the type of membership you have won't mean anything since the site is down. Even if the site chooses to no longer offer any new memberships and you have a lifetime membership then the likelihood is that the site stopped offering membership because they stopped updating and therefore your lifetime membership will be for content that you already have downloaded so no advantage in having a lifetime membership to a no longer updating site.

There's of course the cost. A monthly membership can be gotten for 15$ and a yearly one for 100$ so you could renew a yearly membership for 5 years and still pay less than the standard lifetime cost. You could buy a monthly membership every few months and it would take you significantly more than 5 years before you wind up paying more than if you have bought a lifetime membership.

yes, a yearly will do the same at reasonable cost. i agree. still, very tempted by lifetime... might be a problem on my side.

monthly though is horrible, the costs are outrageous typically!

^I agree that many sites/networks these days have less than ideal monthly memberships but I can't say the same for Nubile because paying 15$ for full access for one month is a very good deal. Don't forget that unless a person has already been a member then a membership is primarily for the existing content and not for what might be added. For that reason keeping a membership active for a month or two would be more than enough to find and download all that the site/network had in it's library thereby costing the person only 30$ and unless the site adds enormous amount of content per month then joining every few months would be the ideal solution to get the sites content and save money.

Yes, the "download all content" game is probably cheapest if you become a member every now and then but it is just something I do not want to do anymore. I enjoy browsing the site and just watch from the library vs browse my hard drive without the great filter options, preview pictures etc.

In that case you are doomed to pick an option that hopefully you won't regret too much. I'm just glad that I've never had to make a similar choice because I'm just too cheap to spend the kind of money needed to get yearly or lifetime memberships but I wish you luck with your decision.

^This may not apply to you but I've been surfing for porn for probably 20 years and buying porn for much longer than that so the reality for me is that when I join a site then I'm really only looking for the content they added since my last membership or in the rare occasion a scene they are soon to upload. I'm also quite frugal when it comes to the kind of porn I like so I rarely download large amounts of a sites content because while I may like the theme. I know I won't watch it for various reasons. It also doesn't help that there are for all intent and purposes few new sites and therefore I keep going back to the same sites. That said I usually join every few months but I've been known to only join once a year because so few of the content I want. case in point Brazzer which I used to join every few months but it's been at least a year and I still haven't seen enough to warrant my joining again. I like their choice of performers and I even like many of their scenarios but the execution of those scenarios leaves me cold.

I'd say probably not. It's funny because I've been getting 1-3 month subs and downloading pics and videos like a mad man. I just got through with XEmpire and JulesJordan. Currently working on a Bangbros / Brazzers combo sub. I just have my list of Top 100 pornstars with some honorable mentions and girls I need to look into and go crazy haha. If you have the space I'd recommend getting sites when they go on sale and just start downloading like crazy!

How much is lifetime membership at nubile and how do you get it? I don't see it on their site (most is 1 year)

Lifetime is $499. It seems that it's only available when there's a sale going on, however the annual membership goes on sale for $84 at the same. I bet it'll come back for Mother's Day and Memorial Day holiday.

I've posted this observation in some other threads but it's worth mentioning here since it's on the topic: Lifetime memberships for the major studios/networks (Evil Angel, Zero Tolerance, Wicked, etc.) are definitely worth the price if you happen upon one of the seasonal bundling deals. I have a yearly Adulttime membership ( $120 per year), and they offer seasonal deals where you can bundle a "lifetime" subscription to one of those major sites within your ADT membership. For example: They'll offer a one time $80-100 charge to add full Evil Angel access to your membership, which never expires as long as you keep your ADT subscription current. So in the ensuing years, I get full access and downloads to the entire EA network for no extra charge.

It's definitely worth the cost over time because now that I've taken advantage of all those bundle deals, I have full access to: Evil Angel, Wicked, Girlfriends Films, Zero Tolerance/3rd Degree, and LesbianX. And the grand total cost for this year for all those was, $120.

^Yep. For each of those sites I paid a one off $80-120 charge (At the moment, I can't remember which cost which price at the time. But I know they were all in that range) and I got full access & download capability. I just checked ADT's deal page and at the moment I don't see any of the 'lifetime' deals being offered. But most of them tend to show up around the holiday season, especially during the Black Friday weekend.

i wonder if the nubiles membership op spoke of includes mom lover network? that is an off shoot of nubiles network and requires 2 separate monthly subscriptions. they produce at least 3 scenes a week though involving moms\milfs shot in the same format and style as nubiles network. if it does that price may be worth it because you would be getting about 150 new premium milf related scenes on top of all the content on the main nubiles network.

^ that's unless they pull a twistys and stop putting out updates, or lesbianx, which I could get a lifetime subscription, to receive one update every two to three months.

For me that would be a tough choice. Too many of my favorite sites have changed their content enough to lose me and looking over my history very few sites kept me for a full five years.

Not really "lifetime" but several sites are running ten year subscriptions non-recurring. The prices are around $200. Some the downloads are limited to three per day and some are not. This seems like a good deal. Any thoughts?

ten years is basically a lifetime in the porn industry lol. assuming these websites are at least 4 or 5 years old that would take you to the 15th year. you can almost count on one hand websites that are 15 years old and still making new content. brazzers and bang bros have been around over 20 but not many more!

^^If they are a site that's been regularly producing content for 5+ years, then it can absolutely be worth the spend. To you point about downloads: I'd say that's the part I'd scrutinize before actually buying the membership. Just make sure that they're not trying the whole "Oh we have downloads, but you need to pay X dollars per month for that add-on" strategy. I've seen that quite a bit with some of the legacy sites, which they tend to kind of bury in smaller font text midway through the purchasing process.

The two sites where I have seen the 10 year subscriptions are BangBros and Reality King. Both say "downloads included". In the fine print Reality Kings says "limited downloads". I contacted support chat for Reality Kings. They said the "limited downloads" is 3 per day. She then offered my BangBros saying the downloads are not limited. Nowhere does it say anything about and extra charge for the downloads. I would think the words "downloads included" cover that. Could I be wrong?

I also do not understand the purpose of a daily download limit for a 10 year subscription. I could see that for a short membership because someone could just download a huge amount of content then cancel or not renew. With a 10 year subscription that does not matter.

I have never joined these two sites before because they play games like this. Just be straightforward and I would have joined by now.
