I've have digestive issues for 2 years now that have made performing difficult and draining, not to mention causing anxiety. I'm feeling great body and mind and I'm so excited to be back shooting. Health is a wonderful and empowering thing!! 2. When I entered the business at 18 I had no idea how to manage my time, or my career and if it wasn't for Mark Spiegler's guidance I probably would have been a sad porno story. While I achieved a lot of success and had many amazing experiences I was in a constant state of "catch up." I didn't feel I was in control of my life, I felt like I was just trying to make it to the next scene, and the next awards show, the next opportunity. Even though Hotel LaBeau never made it off the ground, what I learned has been beyond beneficial. I am ready to come back with a better understanding of myself, my career goals, and my life goals and what it takes to achieve them. 3. I miss my "family." When I left LA in April 2013 to come home to Seattle and try and live "the normal life" while dealing with my health issues I also thought I would reconnect with my blood family. What I realized is that family is what you make it. It might be strange, unorthodox, and incomprehensible but I had a family in LA. Mark, The Spiegler girls, the directors, talent, and crew in a weird way became people I could talk to and relate to. We share the same mentality and are non-judjemental. We support and uplift and are happy for each other and our successes no matter how crazy they seem. In conclusion I'm looking forward to seeing those beautiful people.
