I was surprised she came back at all considering everything else she has going on. I mean, I think we all know by now that the money for performers isn't great. So what was the incentive? On the other hand, instead of saying she's done with it altogether, she could just be more selective in who she shoots for, especially since she has the other stuff going on and isn't reliant on the money she makes performing. Even moving to New York, it's pretty easy to get to LA or Miami a few times a year.

^Just to sort of add to my comment above, I listened to that podcast, and it was pretty interesting. I think she exaggerates some aspects of the industry, but she's obviously a very smart, driven, and organized person. On the financial situation, i.e., her reasons for making the comeback in the first place, it's very clear that she came back specifically because she needed the money, so those other things she has going on must not have been paying the bills, or she just wasn't making the financial forward progress she felt she needed to. In my view, going forward, I still think she would be smart to keep her options open as a performer. I think a big part of what sort of wore her down in the last two years was the time spent on Mindgeek sets. But this sort of thing can be negotiated. She mentioned spending 22 hours on one set. That was probably some sort of very elaborate Brazzers or Digital Playground scene. But most scenes these days aren't huge productions and I would think that one can simply pass on those types of scenes or make it clear to producers that the bigger types of productions aren't what you're after. However, it does sound like she was well paid for those scenes. She mentioned that MG can pay $5000 for a scene, which I'm sure is not what they're paying most girls.

Wasn't aware she had a podcast. I'll try to give that a listen later. Can't say I blame her though. The industry is changing, and seemingly not for the better. So many performers are running away from it. There's a problem and it's not getting better. I'd say onlyfans and mediums like that are killing the industry, which I half believe. But, if the industry were better to it's performers would any of that even be as prominent as they are now? It sucks. And it sucks even more if Lisa calls it a day, again.
