One minute, Ashli is over the moon at the prospect of being in the same room with Lisa Ann ("oh em gee [OMG] im sitting in the same room as the sexy @thereallisaann...."). But a couple of hours later, Ashli tweets that "woah doggy lisa ann just bitched me out and i'm leaving after naughty student..." She follows it up with "i'm sure @thereallisaann was having menopausal hotflashes 2day, thanks for spitting in my face. i'd be disgusted if we weren't BOTH whores!" For her part, Lisa tweeted "To explain the @ashliorion story, she was a complete scumbag today, and yes I spit in her face, but would rather strangled her, but..." I'd be very curious to know what went on. Admittedly, I know next-to-nothing about Ashli. And while Lisa is easily one of my top three porn stars, she's can occasionally demonstrate a rather icy demeanor towards fans, talent, etc... She's clearly a very motivation woman, and someone who looks out for herself, but I do wonder at times if that hasn't made her a bit cold. Anyway, spitting is a big no-no. Its considered assault in some parts of the country, in the right context. Lisa, as much as I adore her on screen work, might want to exercise a little bit of restraint next time, lest she end up in handcuffs. [Link] |

Ashli tweeted back to clarify that what was actually written was "I swallow unborn babies" (as in semen), which I thought was pretty funny. I wonder if she went this route because claiming that you spit on someone intentionally seems slightly less embarrassing than inadvertently spitting, LOL. In any case, it sounds like the incident was the result of Ashli and others talking while Lisa was doing her live show. I love Lisa Ann's scenes and movies (and I still regard her as the hardest working woman in the business), but I do think that maybe she's gotten to be a little too much of a "diva" for her own good. She might be one of the more popular XXX performers, but she's not a mainstream celebrity by any means, no matter how many Eminem videos and Palin parodies she does. [Link] |

Plus, she stops her show/tease every minute or two to talk about the Lakers, her schedule, promote her site, etc... I wouldn't think that the NA folks would be down with that, but maybe they don't care. It is still better than some of the girls who get on their and just giggle like an idiot for 30 minutes (Eve Laurence comes to mind). I doubt they'd keep having her back if she was losing viewers.
