Well, that's not entirely correct. I know some softcore movies are listed now. They were added without us knowing exactly whether they were soft or hard. Sometimes we have added them because we believed that a hard version existed, only to find out later that this was not the case. And once the movies are in, we don't delete them. Not only would this be extra work for us, but we don't see any reason to delete data which is not incorrect.
It's not always easy to draw the line between hard and soft. The Score Group for instance releases both hard and soft movies. While it is generally speaking quite easy to define their hard titles, this is not always true for their soft titles. Do they have solo scenes? If yes, how explicit are they? Often you have to have seen the movie in order to tell for sure. And we don't have the time to watch all these movies.
btw, that's perhaps also a reason why the IAFD doesn't list all Napali titles. Are they all hardcore? I have no idea.
In short, generally speaking we don't list softcore titles in a structural way like we do with hardcore titles. Just as we also don't list mainstream acting work of porn performers. No Marilyn Chambers in Rabid. No Ron Jeremy in Reindeer Games or The Rules of Attraction or...
p.s. The difference between softcore and different fetish genres is even more blurry than between hard and softcore. Historically speaking we have always listed fetish titles, although I am afraid that we haven't been doing a great job of that lately.
