There was the VCX DVD, still being sold a few years ago, which is the uncut version. A reasonable picture quality too.

Must say it's a few years since I watched it but don't recall the picture quality being any worse than the usual VCX output. Shall have to give it another look!

A notable feature of the movie itself is that Rhonda Jo whom is bald down there, unusual at the time, takes three fistings, one from herself, one from John Holmes and the other from the woman in the biker gang.
