I don't think it would be ethical for a girl performer to truly think (because she was originally told so) the scene was over with the cumshot, and then for the guy or the director to insist she continue (let alone by being fucked up the ass). What I would suggest is the director tells the girl that he's not looking for a conventional scene with BJ, vaginal, anal, facial, end. Instead he's looking for something new and different, so he might ask for more action after the guy cums, but they're going to improvise.
