The central theme seemed to be about a phone call-in service or radio station, where people could call in with questions or concerns about sex. In one scene, a guy was turned on by his new stepmother. He called into the phone service. The guy and stepmom then have sex. In another scene, a girl and a guy who are virgins are about to have sex for the first time. They call into the phone number. Then they have sex.
