Joey Silvera

Howdy All. I hope you can help me out with this as my best friend Google has not been much assistance lately.
Back in high school I found one of my step-father's flicks, liked it a lot, and haven't been able to find it again.
This is what I can recall from it:
Opening scene is situated in a house with a woman preparing for a party or something. She is wearing a bikini and makes some reference to melons (i think) then her husband/boyfriend makes a comment about her breasts and this leads them into a make-out / oral session, but no sex. The next scene is after the woman's sister (i think) came over for the party and the boyfriend helps her take her stuff to her room. When they get there, she starts teasing him and makes some statement like "does my p***y look like my sister's?" and they start to go at it and after he's finished, he makes a v-line for the shower.
I'm not sure when this scene is, but I remember Joey Silvera, some woman, and the sister mentioned above sitting at a table with the sister in between joey and the other woman. The sister is fondling them under the table and getting them both really worked up until they (joey and the other woman) leave and go to a stairway where they start going at it.
Later on in the movie, the sister seduces some woman out by the pool and when this is noticed by the original couple, everyone confesses to having been with the sister.
I'm not sure how accurate all this is as it has been the better par of 15 years since I saw it. I just hope that it might ring a bell with someone here and they might be able to point me in the right direction.
