The opening credits show a man having sex with two woman on a bed in a bedroom. One of the women had big natural tits. In the room there was a naked man sitting in a chair watching the threesome. I think is was supposed to be some type of doctor observing the sex. He would stand up and touch the girls as they were getting fucked.
