The over arching idea was girls riding these dildos attached to bouncy balls before/after fucking a guy. I could swear to god it was just called "Ball Bouncers" but haven't found a grain of sand's worth of info to confirm. The scene that sticks out the most was an Asian woman and a black man fucking by a pool and after they finish, the woman sits on one of the ball dildo things and rides it for a few minutes.

No idea when it actually was produced but it had to have been mid/late 90s or very early 2000s. I've been looking forever and turned up nothing so any help is appreciated. Thanks!
