I tried my best. I'll first describe the scene as I remember it, and then give some TL'DR keywords to help. I watched this movie in the early 2000s, but I cannot assure if it was a DVD or a VHS. But anyway, I would die for a copy of it.
The scene began with a guy (I believe he was bald and wore sunglasses) driving. He would shake his head back and forth and sort of mumble "I have suicidal thoughts!" or "I have suicidal tendencies!", something along those lines, as if he were reciting the lyrics of a song. If I am not mistaken, he would see the girl waiting along the road and would stop to hit on her. She was a petite/skinny redhead teen (I do not recall if she was a natural redhead, though, but she had an overall Alex Mae vibe) and I think she wore white sneakers and a dress. The next thing I remember is them inside a house. There might have been some altercation when the girl refused his advances, but she eventually got into his game and they began to have sex. I distinctively remember the guy pulling his dong out and she getting scared by the size of it, to what he replies "It is like sucking a big stick." and then oral sex ensuing. They end up having anal, and I am pretty sure she does not take her sneakers out during the whole scene.

so maybe look her up on the adult dvd talk search engine or on iafd.com to see if we are on the right track.
