I don't Know if movies released late 90s are considered as vintage but any how the one I am looking for released that time, approx..
I have searhed a lot during the past years but never found something.

The movie is documented in a kind of clinic.

First scene i remember beared doctor with blonde nurse on a hospital bed.
Second scene [and most favourable] one girl which entered the room holding some papers with two guys [one black, one white] who were cleaning the room .

in general in this movie, the star is one puppet [mr.. i don't remember the name] who has one special magic blue liquid.
Once the people touch the liquid, immediately coming to mood for sex.

other scenes:
-- girls oil bodies, dancing and striptease for the puppet which masturbating,
