That could definitely be April Flowers but it's pretty hard to tell. Can you upload some more pictures (hopefully full body shots included) to an image host (like imagevenue.com) and link to them here?

I'll see if I can get some better angles--she's in the video just a few seconds, there are no full body shots.
April Flowers/Summers might very well be her.
