From what I remember about the movie John Leslie plays a man that dies early on in the film, but the angels in heaven feel sorry for him and send him back to earth as a ghost. When he returns only his best friend (Ron Jeremy I think) can see him. The rest of the movie John Leslie's ghost goes around and pleases countless women without them being able to see him.
