I saw a movie around 2000 (+ or - a few years)
There was a blond who wore a green spandex shirt/top.
There were some girl on girl scenes, as well as straight sex.
The movie ended in a living room with an orgy as I recall.
Anybody have any idea what movie this was?

Most of those details could be literally any b/g movie. Do you recall if it had a story? If you watched it in 2000, it may have done. Was it American?

Yes it was American. It may have been a Vivid title, I've looked through their library and didn't find it. What I remember most vividly was the blonde in the fluorescent green spandex top. I know it is a long shot, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
