I think it pops up more than you'd think, but as part of the whole scene, most probably don't pick it out as something to remember. I know I've seen it in scenes on multiple occasions, but I couldn't begin to tell you which ones.

really? why is it hard, i mean it's like those belly down anal scenes, we dont need to see the penis, it's more like a fantasy and hot position.

^^^Not quite, the idea is not to attempt to have the penis visible from bow to stern on every stroke. Show insertion and close ups, but at some time during the scene pull back and show reaction. They are fucking, we get without being hit over the head.
