Belladonna did at least one photoshoot w/ Kimberly Kane, I've seen some of the pics used to advertise Bella's site, like in a banner ad thingy. So I imagine you have to join her site to see them, but still, they exist. And maybe she did other shoots while pregnant that are on other sites.
If you want video scenes of pregnant girls, there are several, just search for threads here with "pregnant" in the title; I've contributed to a few of them over the past year or so.

Totally agree with G/G pregnant niche, even just hardcore solo pregnant porn. I think the reason this niche doesn't already exist is because some starlets don't want to be the 'pregnant pornstar' let alone one being fucked on film. I'd imagine it's a pretty personal, intimate time in a woman's life and some girls just wouldn't want to do it. Also for some fans once a star gets pregnant the illusion gets lost
