I rented a video in the early 90's (late 80's?) which featured a huge-cocked white guy who went by the name "Texas Longhorn" (he's elsewhere credited as "Moby Dick", according to some online sources). But he was the greatest hung white guy I've ever seen in porn, at least in terms of flaccid length. Here's the only pic I've found so far:
