Porn ladies probably get real surprise penetrations once in a while. But even in those situations, these ladies probably suppress their reactions out of false sense of politeness. They don't want to offend the fucking guy by giving him a dirty look. But what these ladies don't realize is that such a look would look hot to the viewers. After the dirty look, the lady can make it look even better by slapping the fucking guy's ass and telling him that he is a bad boy.
