I try my best to keep it as up to date and as widespread as possible, but I'm the only one that works on AWMDB so I'm unable to cover every site out there. My "real life" job sometimes makes this even more difficult.
I hope you didn't take offense at my statement. I appreciate the hard work anyone has to put to keep track of even half of the active sites. The fact that you did as a sort of hobby is commendable. I only said what I did so that the OO did not use only your site as reference.

No I didn't take offence, not at all :) I just thought I'd explain why there are gaps and why it's not always fully up to date. It's pretty tough just keeping up with the big networks who post multiple new scenes every day/week, especially as I don't have as much time to update the site as I used to. I just hope it comes in useful for people every now and then as I'm not sure there's any other site that has full scene details for 45,000 web scenes. I tried to make it a bit different to the sites that just list the websites and not the scenes/full details.
^ I once emailed Janitor to recommend adding web-scene reviews to ADT's offering. She said they had experimented with it, and there were a few problems, including that it is hard to monetize. This surprised me at the time, but I have no reason to doubt her. So I presume your site isn't generating a lot of money for you. Maybe if you devote some real time and thought to figuring out how to generate revenue, then someday you could hire staff to keep the database up-to-date. In other words: Work on your business, not in your business.

You're right, it doesn't generate a great deal beyond what it costs to keep it running. But I started the site because I was looking for more scenes of a US girl I found on Karups PC ages ago, and I couldn't find a site that existed (at least for non-mainland Euro girls) that tracked scenes on the web, so I created AWMDB and it just became a project I enjoyed keeping up to date. But for the amount of work that goes into it, I don't think you could ever make enough money to make it a living or a real job. Most people don't want to enter a ton of boring data, even if it does involve porn, especially not for free or for minimal payback. It's just a bit of a hobby I guess, and if it's useful to other people that's a bonus.
Hey, AWMDB you were in touch with me a couple of years ago about maybe helping put with your site. I found it again when plowing old threads in here. Great to see it alive and kicking. I don't know how you are with API programming but couldn't that be an option for you to keeping it updated? I guess it requires sites and networks to have open API which I guess they might not care for? Anyways I'm interested in helping you out again, if you are interested and need it?
