They are cheap and pretty damn reliable.

i run a small web server. i would be willing to spare some space for $6.95 a month. unlimited email accounts, and pretty much unlimited bandwidth. let me know if you are interested.

The problem is, the content is not exactly legal. I was looking for people's advice cos I've been away from this game for years and, frankly, I'm clueless.
I have found a couple of interesting hosts (from Latvia and Poland) but I can't figure out how to buy some space cos I don't understand a freaking word.
