Are there any documented instances of folks falling in love on a porn set? I ask because we hear about porn stars dating/marrying each other all the time, but that doesn't necessarily mean they fell in love while working together.

If "first met on a porn set" comes under your definition of "falling in love on set", Shauna Banks might qualify. (Link goes to an old Luke Is Back interview.) Generally speaking I think it's pretty hard to draw the line and that's why there aren't many responses here - if two people meet while working for the same company and they end up marrying, did they fall in love "at the office" or rather during their off-work encounters? Porn work may involve sex almost by definition, but that's no substitute for normal relationship development.
