But then one name pops out at you because it seems kind of familiar. You don't know exactly where you've seen it before, but at least it's something, so you click on it. A picture of Brianna Love pops up on screen, and you fall in love. You probably clicked on her name because you used to watch Briana Banks a few years earlier, but you weren't really thinking of that when you were scrolling through the thousands of names on the webpage. You just clicked. That's often how it works, and that's why they do it. Of course, the flipside is that if you choose a name that's too familiar, people might not be able to remember you. Like Jenna Presley. There were already a few Jenna's and at least one Presley when she came along, and I had a tough time for a while matching her name with her face. [Link] |
