Are their any MAC friendly video download sites??
I would love to try 3rd degree and others but they seem to prefer PC.

Eurosluts and DAP Is Best!!!

I hope you find one, but if it is like everything else, probably not. For all the love Macs get (from me too, I have one), software and programs on the internet seem to be 95% for the PC. You could always buy and run a program like Parallels to create a virtual PC environment.

With the right pack of codecs, you can run most VOD-sites, at least, that's my experience.
You need Flip4Mac for WMV and WMA content, you need the Perian codec for various formats, links to DivX and Xvid from Apple.com, there is 3ivx, Xiph etc.etc.
Equip your Mac with the codecs it wants, and I think you can play most VOD-sites. At least, I haven't come across one I couldn't use.

If the site uses DRM then it won't work on the Mac as neither Flip4Mac (WMV) nor DivX has DRM support in their Mac codecs.
DRM is usually used on VOD downloads to limit the viewing period to 7 days/30 days etc.
The 7 day *streaming* options should work though.
From a quick look at the ThirdMovies.com site it looks as if they are using WMV and DivX DRM for their downloads, so that won't work.
Streaming and PayPerMiute at hotmovies.com, aebn.com, gamelink.com should work with Flip4Mac installed.

Looks like VLC supports some VOD DRM schemes. I dunno, haven't tried any.
