I knew that Del Sierra's breasts were enhanced the second I looked at them, however the surgeon did a superb job. Plastic surgery quality is much better in Europe than here. (no surprise)
The earlier blog was most instructive. Liza's natural boobs were really too small for her body and flat and pendulous. She didn't go overboard in the job either. The implants just bring her breasts up to the size that fit her well, and the surgeon was even brilliant enough to make her right implant a little bigger than her left.
Liza is one of the very few women with which I can ignore the surgery. She is extraordinarily sexy.
