Who likes Keiran? It's not very often where I hear anyone praise him for anything. He has his longterm deal with brazzers for whatever other reasons. I seriously doubt it's because of fan support. As for previous contract stars not appearing or being able to appear under the lansky banner. I'm pretty sure Nikki Benz did a blacked scene (she was a contract girl. Unceremoniously left, but still.). I'd love to see Madison branch out and work with other companies. I don't see it happening. Lansky did not create RK, they were around long before he ever got into the industry (I mean, RK is actually older than Brazzers). He directed for RK (most notably, We Live Together) before he went out on his own.
Also, her signing for Brazzers doesn't necessarily mean she's still under contract with them, they have performers that sign for them every year that they don't have under contract. That being said, I don't see any good reason for her to leave said contract if she's getting to shoot consistently and dictate her own schedule, which it seems is currently the case.

First of all, Reality Kings has been producing content since like 2000, if not a little before then. Like I said, since before he even got into the industry.
Second of all, a brief primer on how most porn production actually works: Many of the major companies don't actually own the production companies that shoot scenes for them anymore. How it basically works is that someone (a performer or director) starts up their own production company and produces scenes, and then sells those scenes to the company that is going to distribute them. What that paragraph says is that after Lansky stopped producing for Digital Sin/New Sensations, he started his own production company, and sold the scenes that he produced to Reality Kings who then distributed them on their website and through DVD. And then in 2014, he decided to leave that deal and start distributing the content himself under a new distribution label that he had created, Blacked. This is how, for example, Manuel can just up and move his productions from Evil Angel to Jules Jordan when that switch happened, because all the production was under his own company, and the biggest thing he had to do was figure out new names/themes for some of the series he was making since Evil Angel owned the actual names (i.e. Evil Anal).
Edit: As to your second reply, it looks like his first scenes are owned by New Sensations, and scenes where he actually started to get known as director are owned by Mindgeek (like I said, he especially started to get notice for his work on We Live Together, RK's lesbian series).

In a coming scene for a coming production with DP, she worked with Johnny Sins 3 times (since she's back from 2017) some lesbian scenes too, with Jean Val Jean too...
