Saw a short scene with the ever-delicious Meridian from Private and Euro-porn fame. It was Pierre Woodman directing the stills for what I'm sure became a Private/Pirate/Triple X magazine shoot. Woodman has a number of these on his site in the BtS section. His (non-feature) movies also used to include them frequently, I think...I know I've seen a bunch in his Superfuckers releases, in that case usually taken from movie shoots, not pictorials.
