It's a pseudo-Japanese game show featuring many lame stunts and silly competitions, the results of which the viewers can "bet" on. Examples: guess which girl has breast implants, who can jump farthest in a shopping trolley, how long can manic Japanese presenter keep shaking hands with minor celebrity, that sort of puerile stuff. One sketch featured several guys lined up a la the Usual Suspects and the viewer has to guess who has the biggest dick. The gag is that it's the short guy who actually has the big one...and that just happened to be...Steve Hooper. Also saw him on another TV show where he was telling how porn has affected his sex life to the extent that he, very loosely recollecting this, pulls a girl's buttocks apart and raises his leg out the way of the camera when having sex in the privacy of his own home!
