An enema has nothing to do with the outside of a women's butt, that is used before an anal scene, and it still doesn't guarantee any bacteria will not be present. What does help is using bacteria cleansing soap, just a little inside and around the anus. And if an enema is used for that purpose, it should be a garlic enema, that kills bacteria on the inside and if anybody should know it's me, lol.
