Let it sit for 6-8 minutes, then go in the shower and rub all the hair off. I still keep a razor handy in case I missed any. Veet gets it smoother too IMO. [Link]

I only shave my balls once a week. When the hairs start growing back it itches a little bit. I wouldn't advise using Nair as someone else mentioned. It MAY cause an allergic reaction in some people, which is why on the directions they have you do a test area first. I personally haven't had any problems with it, except for after-shave rash (lasts like a day but I get it no matter how or what I shave.) As someone else recommended, don't try it on your balls...it doesnt work well there anyway. I use a regular rezor on those guys. [Link]
