It's due out next week. Apparently, Vivid no longer sends screeners to reviewers (other than AVN), so there hasn't been an opportunity for anyone to see it yet.
Technically that Vince neil video was Janine's first scene with a guy. Her scene or scenes are with Nick Manning from what I understand. I don't know, personally I don't see what the big frickin deal is. So she does a guy on camera, it's still a damned vivid movie, and your lucky if the scenes are more than 4 or 5 minutes and a facial is probably really asking for a lot. We'll see I guess, but I ain't holding my breath on this one.
Yeah that's true. I saw the Vince Neil tape and I wasn't impressed though. I am a Vivid fan so I'm looking forward to it. I heard it shipped on September 15, but I guess it takes a while to get to the video stores.
I just checked the 3 main online retailers I buy from, and they have the release date as today, and 2 of the 3 say they have it in stock, so if your an online buyer you should be able to buy it now, and stores I would guess may or may not have it yet.
Does anyone remember the classic porn flick "Maneaters" with Vanessa Del Rio and others? Circa 1980 or so.

I think nearly everything Vanessa Del Rio did was great. She also did a movie for the Dark Brothers in the 80's whose title escapes me. I read somewhere that after she left porn she got into body-building.
She was a bodybuilder BEFORE getting into porn. One has to do no more than go to her Official Website to see what she looks like today and it's far from a bodybuilder. Though I'd still hit it like a redshirt freshman.

Back on topic : I'm soooo looking forward to seeing this movie . Obviously some people are going to think Janine is over the hill - or maybe just over tattooed . But to me ( as a lover of the more mature lady ) she's only become more interesting .
If anyone sees it I'd love to hear a quick breakdown of the action .
I think it's funny that some Janine "official" site puts her age at like twenty-something, whereas imdb.com says she's 36. (She must be 36 due to how old her movies are, and how you have to be 18 to perform, etc).
Anyway, I still want to see it. Does she have NEW tattoos? I hope not. I heard she uses makeup to cover them up for film sometimes, so hopefully they did it in this case. The tattoos of Tera Patrick's damn husband always ruin it for me too, that guy is too damn ugly to enjoy Tera. And unfortunately she only fucks her husband on film now.
I agree with Lee O, the older women of Porn are the best, Janine, Teri Weigel, Julia Ann, Vicky Vette, etc. I guess I have a different take on Janine. I hope she continues with the tattoos, more the better. They look great on her.
i havent gotten through it all the way but , its got alot of her talking and interview type. From a womans POV- i liked it actually. Her 1st scene is with Nick Manning-in a public bathroom, -got hes a good looking piece of meat!! Anywho--she looked very nervous to me personally but she relaxed a bit after it got going. Im not going to describe the sex.... various positions, you'll have to see for yourself.
Second scene though is with Dale DaBone and what seemed like a good fucking, she broke into tears when she came... kind of odd to me, Personally Ive never been fucked so bad/good?? that it made me cry, but whatever... lol 3rd scene is a girl girl with Sunrise so I turned it off.. there were Leather & whips & Sunrise with a ball gag...

I finally saw part of it (the scene with Nick Manning). I was disappointed. I think Janine is getting over the porn-star-hill in terms of her looks. Don't get me wrong, I was still able to blow my load, but I wish she had started fucking guys when she was younger on film.

Saw this the other day. It sucks. Paul Thomas directed it, so it's no surprise that it's terrible. In some of the scenes you can see camera flashes, hear people talking in the backround, and during a couple of the scenes the performers are talking to the crew while the scene is happening, and the camera pans to the photographers, it's just an awful movie. Oh yeah, and there's condoms everywhere except for the lesbian scene. Not even worth a rental.
Her scene w. Nick Manning is an instant Janine classic, she looks frightened and aroused at the same time, if that was an act, she's the greatest simulator. And the threesome w. Agelica Sin & Dale DaBone I've already jacked off to twice, she looks like she's gonna melt.

While I was watching this the thought occurred to me that Paul Thomas had seen or been told about Tony Comstock's vid - Marie and Jack . Maneater isn't exactly the same , it's not an exploration of a single sexual relationship , but it plays many of the same games . I'd probably categorize it as 'reality porn' - although false reality is closer to the mark - with plenty of discussion in between the sex which is shot in a handheld style half way between gonzo and features . I liked it , but I guess people going into this expecting to see a feature ( which the poorly chosen cover might lead them to expect ) will be in for a disappointment .
Incidentally , Janine looks fantastic . How long before this had she had her latest baby ?! I suppose she must have really worked to get back in shape . And she's got those tan lines going on ( just for you Walter ! ) which is a look I love - sort of like : naked but wearing panties .
