Edit: I wonder why they hardly shoot features like "Le Perfum de Mathilde" anymore. Is it a language barrier? I know that Hervé Bodilis for instance almost only shoots with girls from eastern Europe so it might be harder to make features appealing to the French market?? She learned German on her own then took English at a language school. Before exiting the country, she learned French and Spanish as more of an after-thought. I guess her choice of languages and the order of taking them would make sense in general for these gals from the Central and Eastern European countries of today. |

I REALLY want this film, but NOT for the $67 dollar price tag, which does not even cover the expensive overseas shipping bill, which is why, I'm sure, most US outlets said "NADA," as well to a GREAT many of Dorcel's productions. One would think, that such a noted company would have a distribution outlet here in the US--something to think about, MD! |

I might add, that I have personally asked management of practically EVERY store in the area to order Dorcel's "Mothers & Daughters."-- their response "its out of our pricing structure, but we will order a copy for you," and who knows what that might cost??? |
