Yes, our policy is to assemble all a performer's credits into a single performer's listing regardless of which alias was used.
We try to determine the most representative name the performer has used and use that as the main name.
We try NOT to change names everytime a performer or studio decides to add a new one; Instead, we add the alias.

You will find with our newer listings, over the past year or so, that we attempt to clarify this on the movie listing pages in the cast lists.
Example: "Falco Zito (as Mario Cassini)"

We feel it is important to know WHO the performer "really" is, AND who they were billed as.

The second Mario Cassini listing is almost certainly due to the person making the entries on those films not realizing that Mario Cassini was already being dealt with as an AKA of Falco Zito.
These things happen all the time (usually when female performers are being billed with single names and/or incorrectly. After a while, someone (like you) or one of our more experienced administrators notices it and, after some double-checking, merges the additional titles with the proper already existing performer's page.

An additional complication here, aside from the obvious ridiculous number of aliases Falco Zito has used, is that he is now directing as Mario Cassini.
