I've heard others bringing up these issues as well and agree with his thoughts that the girls, the talent, etc, should have more control over their work and everything. Click to expand Maybe Mark is unaware (I doubt it) but it's illegal to shoot porn in Vegas so any company considering to move their operations there would have to consider the repercussions if a DA out looking to make a name for him/herself decides to use them for target practice. There are only two States that make shooting porn legal. All the others tolerate or don't bother looking into it and I think the reason they allow it is because so few porn is shot in their State. I know that porn is shot in many different States and none of the studios that shoot in those States have ever been prosecuted but it's still only legal to shoot porn in New Hampshire and California. Since porn is still primarily shot in california and most studios are located in that State then there is nothing wrong but that could change if many studios were planning to relocate to Nevada. Then again it might not but I certainly don't want to be the studio that gets prosecuted. Even if you win your case.
