He is still in every Elegant Angel/Evil Angel movie, still in many, many Mason scenes. There is no DP scene without Dupree. So if you want even more of him you have to marry him Personally I say the less the better. His "only the tip" style, is killing my joy of watching porn.

I feel the total opposite :D This guy is literately everywhere. I like his energy, I can't think of a more energetic performer in the industry. Just, like a previous comment, I'm not a big fan of his "only the tip" style. But don't worry for him, I was just maybe overutilized. Now it slows down but still, he is one of the most "hyped" performer. He and Xander are for me the favorite for best performer at AVN.
Under utilized? Isn't he (almost) everywhere these days? The less of him and the tip fucking the better I'd say.

I don't count DP's because you can't fuck hard and fast in both holes at the same time. One guy stays still while the other gets to pound away. That's why I don't like it. One on one or None.

Yeah...He must have video of studio heads butt banging a goat or something. I have no idea why he gets used so fucking much. Furthermore, almost every studio over uses male talent. We have new females pop up faster than we can count but they shoot them paired with the same worn out guys. Adrino, Mick, Manuel and especially Marcus (off the cuff, I'm sure there are more) need to take a multi-year cruise. You can toss most of the IR male talent on that boat as well. I really don't get it because you'd think the line to get paid to fuck porn starlets would be pretty long.I'd make an appointment with an eye doctor if I were you. It's because the porn biz is ran by an old boys network where some of these veteran male performers are now shooting their own content and have the connections to get them out to major distributors. Add to that, the more prolific directors who have been in it for 10, 15 years, or longer are literally friends with the male talent who also started around the same time so they will keep using them over and over because they are reliable. And yes, I agree that just about every one of those guys who have been around since 1998 needs to retire but that's unlikely to happen anytime soon. To their defense though, becoming a reliable woodsman is no easy feat. We've all read behind the scenes stories of the stamina and direction taking that is required of a guy to perform on demand and it is not pretty.

^^Nobody's keeping new guys from entering the business. The problem is that most guys that are decent size can't handle the rigors of maintaining an erection and performing sexually on a set for the several hours needed to shoot the scene. It's tougher than it looks.
I didn't believe this until I seen the screenshots of messages. I'm not a fan of Dupree or anything but It should definitely be looked into, seeing as other performers have come forward.

3^To repeat what underdog said the reason why you don't see a plurality of male porn talent is because of the performer/producer old boys network. I don't buy the idea that there are numerous men who look good but can't keep it up, this doesn't explain gay porn where you do have talent pool of aesthetically pleasing men many whom are of decent size. What is needed is an integrated industry where THESE guys can work with the girls. Those are the men that are their actual sexual equals in looks and extra-hetero sexual performance. They are also obviously younger men who properly pare up age wise with their would be female counterparts. I know there's the 'HIV' risk factor but(putting aside my views on it) that's been under control for years now and there are numerous men on the boy/boy side that are part of the testing pool. It's time to integrate the industry.
Funny is that Markus didn't even speak on twitter about what happened, nor did he try to defend himself yet. Maybe he thinks everyone will forget if he's keep silent

I feel like I'm very biased against him on the allegations, because I don't especially like him as a performer. On the other hand, the very reasons I don't like him as a performer seem relevant to the allegations.
Co-signed. These performers that needlessly rough up (and in many cases, straight up abuse) the actresses when the scene or situation doesn't call for it just don't do it for me. It's why I can't stand Ryan Madison. No idea how guys like him and Deen have seemingly legions of fans.

You ask what the big deal about Markus Dupree is? He's Rocco's protege and when you consider the kind of long shadow that Rocco still casts in this business, not a surprise that people are dialing him up. I'm not saying this as a fan of him but I did some digging into him just out of curiosity.
Markus Dupree is a great performer his energy is by far the best among the performers manual used to have it in his young days. Markus is the best and he deserves better
^ Still doesn't excuse what he's done. It's like would you excuse Kevin Spacey's behaviour because he's a great actor? I won't be purchasing/watching a new scene with him featured again, but would I rewatch the Hard X scenes I've already purchased, yes, because it wouldn't be fair on the director and other cast members who put their work on them. As I've made clear, I don't care for Dupree at all and if that scene went down the way it's described, then that's pretty shitty. But August was unwell and I don't know that Dupree would have had any way to know that. He isn't rough in all of his scenes, so this scene must have been planned that way to some extent and August must have at least agreed to the broad parameters of what was planned. Also, the producer/director bears responsibility as well, probably more so. If August was in misery, he should have stopped it, given her a break, told Dupree to lower the energy, or maybe even cancelled the shoot altogether. Honestly, if you're going to take the risk of shooting a rough scene, you have to be willing to take the financial hit and cancel the shoot if things go too far. Obviously that didn't happen. Again, I don't like the guy. Even in his non-rough scenes, he comes across as an asshole to me. I guess it must be something about his body language. But, I can't condemn him because the situation just seems too ambiguous to me. If the video comes out or parts of it get leaked at some point, then maybe I'll change my mind.
Reading this reminded me of watching a scene from Woodman with Misha Cross, Erika Belucci and him. When Misha enters the scene she seems upset and says, looking towards Dupree, "Its because of you". Woodman then says "He made a mistake" No idea what that was about but like I said the memory came back.

^ Anyone can get accused of any thing but it doesnt mean its true. We all make mistakes but the true and pure ones learn from them and dont do those same mistakes again. You live long enough someone is going to say something bad about you. Doesnt mean its true. What I am saying about Markus is when others come out and say he crossed boundaries with them and didnt give a care. When performers come out and say they told him what their "no's" are and he still did what they didnt want him to do and then he turned around and said to them "why didnt you stop me?". Thats crossing the line. It goes beyond accusations. Its his actions which speak louder than any word. Lets just say he didnt know August mental state. It still doesnt give him a reason to push beyond her boundaries. We dont know what someone is capable of until its too late. A mild mannered, healthy state of mind person can snap if you keep testing them. Now just think of someone with mental illness. I knew this dude I went to high school with. You can tell he had something mentally wrong with him. I treated him nice because I try to treat everyone with respect. There was your typical high school guys to pick on him. He snapped and threaten to blow up the school. Nothing happened but still I wasnt shock to hear that he reacted that way. You keep pushing someone no matter what state of mind their in, they are going to eventually snap. August could only take so much and while Im not blaming everything on Markus, he played a part in it by getting under her skin by doing things she absolutely dont like and he had no care for how she felt or else he wouldve apologized then stopped. Then she get the cyber bullying. On top of that now Im hearing her husband was abusive and controlling. Like thats too much for someone who was already dealing with demons to handle.
Im a fan of Manuel. I really hope nothing bad comes out about him. He seems like one of the few good ones. Him Steve Holmes, ErikEverhard, Ramon, Mick Blue. Gotta get Jean Val jean and Mark Ashley back into the game. Plus get the new bloods in like Tyler Nixon and Robbie Echo. Definitely get Owen Gray.

Elena described it as being "sexually assaulted" on set. Most of the women in porn have "NOs". It could be: Nothing in my ass, Don't slap my face...whatever. Some guys do it anyway because the Cabal protects them. It's the same subhuman behaviour that kept Harvey Weinstein out of trouble...until it didn't. Really? ADT and a thinking person's mind are not a court of law. There are no Constitutional protections regarding having an opinion or for considering the substantial and multi-sourced allegations against someone. If some of your neighbors tell you they saw your crazy ex-girlfriend walk up to your car moment before you found it had been keyed.... you may not be able to prove it in court... but it is unreasonable to not think she did it. Bring a better argument next time.
