Well they have video of her with the underage girls, it seems pretty open and shut. I imagine jail is pretty much a given at this point, they might go easier on her than on the dudes because that is how it usually goes with sex crimes, but jail for a lengthy time period should be unavoidable.

Age of consent laws aren't in place for some arbitrary nonsensical reason. They're in place to protect people who are generally too young, naive, impressionable and immature to understand that sex is more than a physical thing.
You will name the five conditions for hell to freeze over before you can convince me that a 12 year old, barely in secondary school, will be mature and frankly stable enough to comprehend a sexual relationship beyond the playground banter. If you had a 12 year old daughter, can you honestly say you'd be comfortable with her having sex with a man in his late fifties who turned on the charm with her? Can you really say you'd feel she is old enough to make that decision independently, thus not making her a victim if she didn't refuse to have sex?

^If I had a 12 year old my libertarian principles would not penily shrivel up like a frightened turtle. Unlike a lot of crude, bourgeois parents, I would remain and be a radical parent(they exist) and not view my offspring as a crude investment to be modeled partly on my approval. A porn star daughter, for instance, would not be an issue AT ALL for me. It's a matter of fact that on an evolutionary level humans are psychologically evolved to be adult minded by the time they are of child bearing capacity BEFORE they reach adult body capacity. Needless to say, as someone who follows more natural, historically descriptive conventions as opposed to crude 20th century christian based conventions, I would consider(indeed will have raised) my hypothetical 'child'(which she most certainly isn't by scientific standards) to be an adult barring what the law restricts which are not my restrictions. I probably would not be comfortable with the 50 plus year old scenario, but then again my 'child's' sexuality would be her business at that point and hopefully I would have raised her to be independent minded enough to avoid a negatively exploitable scenario such as what you describe. Of course you have to go for the extreme and unlikely scenario to give your point some sauce.
Bear in mind that my 'child' would also be of age for criminal responsibility(a good reason why I would condition her for adulthood by the time she crossed her first decade), something I consider far more significant then a sexual encounter or even relationship with an adult. The US, which is both a puritanically and punitive based society, actually does the reverse of how I would have it. Ideally, criminal responsibility, age of consent, and age of majority should all be conjoined along more historically traditional lines of 11-14, however, if you are going to to conjoin only one to within 2 years or at even point with the modern age of majority(18) it should be criminal responsibility, not AOC as is currently the case. Ironically to my point, Florida is the same shithole state that unleashed punitive barbarity on Lionel Tate, someone who was just a child when he committed that horrible tragedy. Goes to show the bizarro standards of American justice.

I simply wanted to see if you had the convictions of your libertarian beliefs that you would stick to your guns or apply different principles to things you found uncomfortable and grotesque as a result of being so permissive. Scientists postulate theories and principles but they don't bitch when others put them to the test or disprove them, no matter how far he or she went to do so.
Perhaps the hypothetical situation I suggested is unlikely but given how a 11 or so years ago there were online countdowns for the Olsen twins to turn 18, I don't think it's as unlikely as you think.
I never asked you if you would have a problem with your daughter being a porn actress. At no point was that part of the discussion.
