True. I’m curious if the dolls could be used if the twins names aren’t referenced during the scene. Obviously there could be some legal challenge from the girls for using their likeness or brand name. I’m not sure what the legalities are in such a case, even if the dolls are modified in a slight way.

Some few years back there was a porn star with the name Mary-Kate Ashley. I’m not sure if the twins challenged that.

Any know the legalities in such a case?

I know Tara Patrick had to change her name to Tera Patrick, since Tara Patrick is the real name of Carmen Electra (or someone like that).

Though I do know you can always work under your real name, even if you share it with someone else. ie: Sean Michaels the porn guy vs Shawn Michaels the WWE Wrestler (real name Shawn Michael Hickenbottom.)
