Consider this, a four scene, vanilla one-on-one production requires eight payouts to performers. A four scene "massive facials" type production requires 44 payouts to performers: 40 to the males (who admittedly don't make as much as the girl, but that's still a lot of cash), and 4 payouts to the girls (who are undoubtedly getting paid significantly more than they would for a vanilla scene). It's entirely possible that this type of production doesn't "pencil out" for the company anymore; hence the reduction in scenes. They might just be barely breaking even with two or three scenes at this point. [Link] |
